Each week they get 3 or more days of exercise, they can record it on the IH website and get 5 points for that week, up to a total of 60 points (12 weeks).

Points Option for Exercising - Employees can earn up to 60 points towards their interactive health action plan by exercising at least 3 days per week.

Completed paperwork can be dropped off in the mailroom in the health and fitness mailbox, or submitted to Jason in the wellness center.
